#5 pgfplotstable - column distribution with select equal part entry of

Hello!

Recently I was using the select equal part entry of row-style of pgfplotstable, however my columns were not filled in the way I expected (minmal working example with data files is attached):

In the example with 27 rows one column is not filled at all - not what I was expecting when learning about this function. If the above screenshot is the desired outcome, then feel free to ignore the rest of this post :)

I expected the values however to be more equally distributed among the columns.
I can't exactly say what causes the above behaviour in the current implementation is, however I played around a bit so that it now looks like this: (I actually implemented the function from scratch in python and then translated it to TeX, trying to reuse as much as possible)

I'm not familiar with the workflow for this project in particular or for SourceForge in general, so I thought I'd just submit my patch in case it helps. You can find it attached.
