#77 [error bars] are not drawn in log scale when error bars end in negative regionn

As shown in https://tex.stackexchange.com/q/417420 (and a lot earlier in https://tex.stackexchange.com/q/67801) error bars are not drawn when they end in the negative region. Could this be changed?

Maybe this problem could be circumvented in an internal check where it is tested if the error bar ends in the negative region and if yes, limit it to a positive value that e.g. is one decade lower than ymin?
