#192 [matrix plot] has unexpected shits/clipping if data is loaded from a 'loaded table'

There is a problem with matrix plot when data is stored in a pgfplotstable. I've added an example to https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/395838

Apparently, the result is shifted / clipped in some unexpected ways which does not occur if the data is loaded directly from an input file.
