#9 Ladder diagram library ready (almost) for distribution

I have created a circuit library for ladder diagram (programmable logic controller stuff) and would like to share it with everyone. It is in accordance with IEC 61.131 and in my opinion it looks great. To be honest, it is a bit of a lie because IEC 61.131 looks awful; it standardize symbols like --| |-- and --( )-- . I have no idea how to proceed.
Also I would appreciate some help reviewing the code, normalizing it, placing the code in the correct files under the library tree, etc.
I have attached a sample to demonstrated the library capabilities.
