#522 \rotatebox{90}{a} causes segfault (perhaps arch-specific)

The MWE

\documentclass{standalone}

\usepackage{tikz}

\begin{document}
  Normal \rotatebox{90}{a} text
\end{document}

causes a segfault on one of my machines (ARM32, musl), but not on the other (AMD64, glibc). Both are using texlive-2017 as packaged by Gentoo (I can give more specific version details if needed, but LaTeX involves an awful lot of versions). Switching to 90.001 is a very easy workaround. Using latex, then dvipdfm, also works as desired.

I figured I should try to report this, please let me know what I can do to narrow this down, if this should be reported somewhere else, if it's already been fixed, &c.

Thanks.

    Sorry, I realize now that it's ambiguous what command actually crashes: it's pdflatex mwe.

    My apologies, I'm a complete idiot. I've thought that \rotatebox was provided by Tikz for years. I see now this is completely irrelevant.
