Project up!

Well, here is the beginning of what I hope will be a bright future for pgdb. It is still in development, but allows you to step, break, and print, as well as other features you'd expect from a debugger. Unfortunately, the install process is still pretty much by hand, and there are still many undeveloped features/bugs
