#12 The program is freezing on start...

Win7x64.
PGAccess.exe v: 8.4.2.5

The first start is ok.
But on all of next starts the pga is freezing on splash screen, and later this screen vanishing, only I can see in process list.

When I delete all of the config files, the start is ok at first. But nexts are failing on freezing...
