#18 Keep track of trip mileage.

It would be nice to be able to keep track of the
mileage use for diffrent things: Business, vacation,
nonprofit, etc.

The entry screen should look some thing like this:

start: _______
end:________
places visited:_________
_____________________
_____________________
category: [drop down list]

[Nobody/Anonymous]

Logged In: NO

I would prefer to have "departure", "destination" and
(optional) "via" instead of "places visited". And it would
be very useful being able to configure some standard places,
like "home", "office", etc. And of course: the value for
"start" and "departure" should default to the values entered
the last time for "end" and "destination".
