#16 Enable exporting to memo without car name

This will allow memo to contain much more CSV records.
Also, while at it, you may want to give the option of
selecting between Epoch and a real date :)

Hi,

I looked back at the memo and yes the car name can take lots of
memory.

What we can have is in the "header" something like
Category:
MyCarName: 1
MyWifeCar: 3

Then the line will be
Epoch,Fuel,Volume,Odometer,Price,Full,Category
36406,"52.25","194,271","41.75",Y,1

What do you think of that ?
