COMPILING
---------

To compile you will need the following:

  Compiler     : Microsoft Visual V++ v6.0 or later
  Window System: Microsoft Win32
  Libraries    : Microsoft Windows Template Library (WTL)

Step 1:
  Open the PftEdit.dsp and select Build/Rebuild All from the top level menu.
