#18 jpeg2hdrgen minor bugs

jpeg2hdrgen script has two minor bugs:

1. It cannot extract ISO value from photos made by my Canon IXUS 55 (example - http://blacksir.googlepages.com/IMG-101-2136.JPG )

2. For photos made with very fast shutter speed it prints exposure as 'inf' (see the same photo)

Workaround: use the alternate version of the script attached to this bugreport (requires Perl and Image::ExifTool Perl module)
