[Pfspd-users@sf.net] PV update: menus and accelarators

Hi all,

Changes in the PV code repository:
- The view menu is enhanced with submenu's for the "deinterlace method",
  the "color display method" and the "signal/vector range".
  Other menu entries have become a checkbox ("single field display"
  and "full color range").
  This aims at improving the user feedback of the current settings.
- Key handling in canvas is cleaned up. Where possible, menu accelators
  are used. This functionality was duplicated in the OnChar method.

Novice users can now see the display modes in the menu.
