[Pfspd-users@sf.net] Tools released - cpfspd/pp/pv moved to open source

Dear pfspd users, 

A new release of all pfspd related packages is available. 
The pfspd format has been extended with the support of auxiliary data. 
This may be used to store audio data in a pfspd file. 
The pts tool is extended with "pts aux"; it can insert or extract 
audio wav files from the video. 

Furthermore, the packages mtk, cpfspd, pp and pv have been moved 
to http://sourceforge.net/projects/pfspd. 
This enables public use of the pfspd format to ease cooperation between 
Philips' research and development departments and external parties. 
This action is in line with the "open innovation" strategy and 
is carried out with permission of the open source advisory board 
(see http://pww.ips.philips.com/ -> licencing -> open source software). 

The pts tool will remain propriarity within Philips.
