The PfP Web Classroom should provide a text editing
tool."
A wiki portlet for student collaboration in classes could
satisfy this request. It could also provide an instructor a
means to post supplemental course information.

I am not entirely sure what the intended purpose of this
tool would be. Clearly, any discussion forum would permit
the entry of text. Any document repository would allow the
upload of text files. What would be the purpose of an online
text editing tool? It can be done, but just because it can
be done does not mean that it should be. I'm not clear where
this is supposed to fit into the rest of the LMS.
