Currently, instructors must admit pending students
individually. It would be easier if an instructor could
admit all pending students simulataneously. Alternately,
have a checkbox next to each student's name, so that
the instructor could select which students to admit.

This is a registrar function, which may or may not be given
to instructors at a particular institution.

Instructors do need to be able to view the current
enrollment in their class(es), of course.
