COMMAND LINE OPTIONS:

-logging:
    Activate application logging to console
    Default: disabled

-keep_logs:
    Do not delete log file on program exit
    Default: disabled

-no_highlighting:
    Turn off color highlighting for console output
    Default: disabled

-no_app_header:
    Suppress output of application information
    Default: disabled

-silent:
    Suppress all output to console
    Default: disabled

-ask_user_to_quit:
    Prompt user to quit before exiting application
    Default: disabled

-sequence:
    Input sequence
    Default: 0010010010010

-out:
    Output file path
    Default: workarea\pf2_mt

-threads:
    Maximum number of threads to use
    Default: 4
