#1 Scroll Bars etc
Please would you let me know how I change the colour
of the scroll bars in "form1.html" I know the code
in a standard HTML file but "form1.html" doesn't have
<head> </head>. Within the form, there are also
scroll bars (for drop down) and text areas that I
would like to color to my standard web page color.
