1. Replace Untitled with resN in residue annotations setting tab so user doesn't feel obligated to set this legacy value. 2. Rename start number to user-defined number as this is what is really being set.

set the 2 checkboxes under the residue annotations settings as checked by default as prior settings of unchecked by default caused confusion among users

Change extension from .txt to .csv . ie percentfile.csv and rawfile.csv so they are automatically opened by excel

Report how many sequences were found when asking user to scroll thru found sequences. ie Sequence 1 of 20. Scroll to next found sequence?

Residue tooltip now show total number of residues in the sequence. e.g. Res: 24/256

No longer needed as all jars are unsigned now and no need to unsign them again

Commiting so I its in the repo, but will delete next as its no longer needed

Contain notes in comments on how to build and deploy as this file is always opened and updated with a new version number and date prior to building
