Fix bug where rebuilding of View->Color Seq Names by -> seq annot each time the node / seq annot dialog was updated led to the introduction of another jseparator without removing the previous one. The code now removes all components including the jseparator and does a complete rebuild of the menu each time. This approach should produce more consistent results
