The following do not work for CTRL M:
1) perl expr [^-] (find nongap residues) works when "include gaps" is unchecked but fails when "include gaps" is checked.
2) non-PERL EXPRESSION OR perl expression: does not work for '-' when include gaps is checked, and all seqs is selected
