This release is the unstable non-userfriendly type.

Within a few days pecms will have out 0.0.1.

Version 0.0.1 is coming soon. I promise. That it will be here before the middle of next month.

I decided to release a file of my intented goals for the project, so you know what to expect.

The two main sub projects. The division will be one that is for databases(Mysql) and the other for the plain old file system.

The planning is on its way. Also some of the beg code as been written.
