Peux OS Opus -- KDE 22.11

This is a major release, and below is the change-log:
1. The interface has been simplified.
2. Layout changer has been removed -- repo is public on github.
3. Fresh wallpapers added (removed couple of old ones).
4. SDDM background image is kept fully blurred.
5. Reduced the dependency on latte (single dock in use).
6. Added sublime-text-4.
