Hello, I have the same problem with single color image and reinstalled the program many times. Did someone knows how to fix it?

I have the same problem as Mario D'Alessio. It worked at first. I have uninstalled twice, including all registry mentions. Yet the program only opens a single color when I load an image. I would hope there is a solution because I like the program

The problem somehow fixed itself. Today I was again able to see the entire image.

After first installing the software, I was able to load images and view them correctly. Then, I did something that caused the image (on left side) to be a single solid color. I tried loading the image multiple times, and also tried loading different images. I only get a single solid color. I then uninstalled the program and reinstalled. I continue to experience the same issue.
