The idea of this program that you have the ability to dynamically create the properties of your items in real time and view them. The properties could be :

Picture
Bollean
Int32
List<String>
DateTime
String

Most of the UI is dynamic, like when you create the item, you must select value to any property, filter is also dynamic and recreates every time you create/delete any property.
