#3 i18n implementation

I'm having some problems, like my long format date is
appearing in portuguese, and all the rest in english.
gonna take the strings out of the jsp's, the
Application.resources are already there, let's see if
externalize string feature of eclipse really work. any help
wanted, i'm gonna do the portugues, of course, already
got an good example using i18n with struts, have to
take a look.
