#1 separate left and right rail

Separate left and right rail, or separete in different
modules, so it could be easy to interchange between
styles. Anyone who want to post a style, do it :) it
should be good to the style be the most generic
possible, so that it could just be changing the style.jsp
and css file that it could have a different look.
