[Persistentperl-users] error on make test during install

On Redhat 8.0 when I do:

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::SpeedyCGI

I get:
    t/hold_stdio..........FAILED test 2
        Failed 1/2 tests, 50.00% okay
