Net::Zephyr Perl Module Initial Release

This is to announce the initial release of the Net::Zephyr Perl
module (an interface to Athena's Zephyr Notification Service).

Development is still in the early stages and there is little to
no documentation. You can subscribe to notices and receive
them, but not yet send them (very soon).

Development assistance is always welcome!
