[pws] Changing of hands

Hello all,
   I just wanted to announce that the PerlWebServer project has just recently
been handed over to Fabien Potencier.  He has willingly accepted to take on this
job and has shown great interest in fuiture development of PWS.  Unfortunately,
I have become too busy with other things in my life to continue being the lead
developer for this project (as many people have already noticed).  I will,
however, still be around for consultation and help where I can.  I'm sure Fabien
will do a great job and would appreciate any help people can offer.  Thank you.
