[Perlunit-devel] One-line fix

 	The two problems below are a bug (the newer one), and a fix to the bug 
(the older one).  This bug has been fixed in CVS (2 years ago), but not on 
CPAN, and it's blocking any kind of automatic build.  How do we get it 
fixed on CPAN?
