[Perlunit-devel] Released PDC_REFACTOR tarball

You see, I'm busy writing a perl refactoring browser
(http://preface.sourceforge.net/) and the tests for that depend on the
PDC_REFACTOR branch of Test-Unit, so, in order to make people's live
easier, I've put a tarball up on Sourceforge.
