#2 <a name=""> tags in html output

I post-process my perltidy HTML output to add <a
name="subname"></a>
constructs. This allows me to write documentation that
refers to the
code in a seperate frame. I look for CLASS="m" to find
subroutines
in pertidy's output. It seems to me that it would be
easy to add this feature to perltidy itself. I'm
willing to do an implementation myself, if you like.
