#7 Remove link to remote favicon from the tutorial file.

Dear Owen,

the file tutorial.html, distributed with PerlPrimer, contains a link to http://perlprimer.sourceforge.net/favicon.ico, which represents a potential privacy breach as the user is probably not aware that just by reading the local documentation, an HTTP request will be sent to SourceForge. You can see in https://bugs.debian.org/735321#10 why this may be worse than it sounds.

Moreover, in the case of PerlPrimer, there is no favicon.ico file available (404 Not Found). I therefore removed the link in Debian, by deleting “<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://perlprimer.sourceforge.net/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon">” from the file.

Could you delete it as well in PerlPrimer's next release ?
