#4 mispriming library

Thanks for this wonderful tool!

It would be even better if I could define a mispriming
library (like in primer3) to exclude all primers that
do not show the required specificity. In the current
form, I have to blast each primerpair (of which I have
770) against the nr database (local blast does not
work, see bugreport), which simply takes too long.
