#6 Local BLAST parsing not working

A local BLAST search against a 'self-made' database
(formatdb) from a FASTA dataset, using e.g. this
identifier:
">At2g18960 f19f24 plasma membrane proton ATPase (PMA)"
does not show any result (only the blast header).
However, if the blastall command is run from
command-line, the expected output is produced. I guess
the parsing scripts cannot deal with the different
identifier?
