In the latest version, 1.1.21, things worked when first installing. However now when trying to retrieve a gene from ensemble, the gene can be searched and a transcript selected but when hitting OK to load the information into the perlprimer browser, I get two pop errors in succession (Error:500 Internal Server Error), followed by a third pop error message (Error: Please enter an mRNA sequence). The the status at the bottom of the perlprimer browser indicates that the gene had been retrieved successfully although no sequence information appears in genomic sequence or mRNA sequence windows of the browser. This occurs on all computers i've tried on both my work and home networks. All machines run windows XP.

I have exactly the same problem as tdb0006. When I try to get a sequence from ensemble, a message of \"internal server error" popsup. I\'ve tried in 4 different computers and nothing works!.
