#38 cannot run spidey excutable correctly

i am using perlprimer 1.1.18 version for designing RT PCR primmers. i have choosen the example given ie pgr genome sequence. and i pasted cDNA sequence where mRNA seq has t be there and then checked Find primer pairs. it is shown the error: cannot run spidey executble correctly. how to know mRNA sequence of pgr? please send reply to venkibiotech@gmail.com
