#19 launching

The installation is OK. But I can not launch
Perlprimer. The program open a dos window where we
can read :

PerlPrimer v1.1.13

This window is required for PerlPrimer to run -
you may minimise it but please do not close it
Please wait while PerlPrimer loads ...
Can't locate Tk/AddScrollbars.pm in @INC (@INC
