No development - yes, there's no development. Dead - no, it's
working very well on win32 and os2 and IMHO doesn't need
special attention to be developed further primarily because
it never gained wide recognition as it is.
When I first met the project I expected perl to match java
in the plugin area, and combined perl graphic toolkit Prima with
the plugin, which worked just fine and allowed to run perl graphic
things exactly in same fashion as java does. Now, java browser
plugin itself is marginal, and I hardly expect perl browser plugin
to reach any significant popularity.
Anyway, if you would like to experiment with the code you're
welcome.
