#2 Aromatization of MDLMol Pattern

Dear Ivan,

It would be nice to have the ability to aromatize a
Pattern, e.g. one read via the MDLMol class, so that
aromatic rings in drawn Kekule structures can be used
as aromatic search patterns.

In fact it might be appropriate for a Pattern to be
aromatized by default when parsed via MDLMol.
