#7 case sensitive Find bonds utility

It seems that the utility Chemistry/Bond/Find.pm is
case sensitive wrt the atomic symbol. When I input a
molecule with lower-case atomic symbols, find_bonds()
cannot guess the margin, which results in a division by
zero. When i used upper-case atomic symbols, this
utility functioned flawlessly.
