A problem solution query could provide solutions for
searchs based on problem key word descriptions and
configuration information. Since some key words and
configruation information may be required, it would be
nice if they could be split and tagged (check boxes)
as being required words or configuration (modules,
version) fields.

It would also be nice if the problem description
enabled the user to create a well formed problem
description that could be used to emailed to a support
list and (or) back to themself. That way a user who
searched the knowledge base for solutions could take
the same information plus some more details and submit
it to a list. Hopefully the solution(s) developed
would then be folded back into the knowledge base.

One feature that would be nice for search engines
is that they would provide more sort weighting to
articals that have multiple key word hits in the same
paragraph. In other words, if a paragraph had two key
words in it, the search rating would be higher than
when the same two words were found in different
paragraphs. All to often, I have had hits for words,
not used in the same context (paragraph).
