I think the problems is known, but I fear I have no
solution (at the moment).

I think the error is the same as reported in
<http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/290559>.

I am in contact with sa...@cp..., who reported the bug.
We both think that in some cases the XS-compiler produces
that uncompileable C.

We were joking that "threads were the problem" because
you "can blame threads for everything"...
...But to be sure:

Is your perl supporting threads or not?

If your perl uses threads - can you check with a
non-thread perl if the build fails on the non-thread-perl?

If that idea fail:
Can you send the generated GSSAPI.c file to

pe...@gr...?
