Achim,

The attached tar file contains modifications to LWP::Authen::Negotiate that 
causes it to use the first available module between Win32::InitAuth (SSPI on 
Windows) or GSSAPI.  It relies on some modifications to Win32::InitAuth, also 
attached.  Please feel free to use this as you see fit.
