#1 Several changes to the API

- Created the Perl module PerlEDI, with all functions. Functions are
exported only by request now (avoiding namespace pollution)
- domap function code is all included inside PerlEDI
- All functions now passes array references instead of completes arrays
(performance helper, reduce memory usage)
- Minor improvements, like reducing variables usage
- Code commented, with recomendations about new features to include (like
using Log::Log4perl to generate log messages)
