another question that needs to be clarified before we start:

Which framework are we going to use?
Maypole, Catalyst or something completely different?

Since I have no experience with any framework at all I'll just agree to
whatever your other guys choose ;)
I understand at least one member of this list hacks on Catalyst. Is
there any reason to *not* pick Catalyst then?

I expect all of these are easy to set up, flexibel, perlish, pluggable
etc... am I wrong?
