Define "out of the box"? No external dependencies? This would be hard.
That's why I proposed using PAR for distribution.

Yes, but as I have stated a few mails earlier, this application would hav=

large potencial to be useful for other projects too. Or do you want to
host all possible translation projects on this one server?
