[perlce-user] using tk with perlce

Hi,

I installed perlce 5.8, perlIDE, set the registry with cereg but when I try a simple script, it fails at first line:

use tk;

the error message is:

can't locate loadable object for module Tk::Event in @INC (@INC contains: /SD Card/PERL58M/lib /SD Card/PERL58M/lib .) at /SD Card/PERL58M/lib/tk.pm line 13
Compilation failes in require at /SD Card/PERL58M/lib/Tk.pmline 13.

I believe the path to the lib files is ok as it finds tk.pm but why it didn't find tk::event?

There is a file event.pm and event subfolder in tk folder.


Here are the parameters of perlIDE

unixrootdir: \sd card
perl5lib: /sd card/perl58m/lib
home:
rows: 14
cols: 29
path: \sd card\perl58m\bin
