Initial Working Code Submitted to SourceForge

The initial perl module code has been submitted to the subversion repo. Unit tests, which for the most part have been completed, are being cleaned up and will appear in the 't' directory shortly. After they are available and the perldoc for COOKBOOK, FAQ, and TUTORIAL are cleaned up from their present form all will be uploaded and submitted to CPAN.
