Hello All,

Sorry about the delayed information on release 1.41, but it was just sort of a Kwalitee improvement release and it fixes a single POD issue so nothing big and updating is not necessary.

1.41 2014-08-15, maintenance release, update not necessary

- Fixed POD issue with encoding, so we now support UTF-8 for authors
 names

- Minor POD fix by dtikhonov to POD introduced in 1.40

- Adjusted permissions on some files, which were executable for no
 apparent reason

I am currently planning to start addressing the issues in RT. We have some nice requests for improvements and features, which would strengthen the Workflow distribution.
